Anyway, this is her OC Mana, enjoying the end of Christmas and celebrating the upcoming New Year.. The interpretation is not very clear, so to be precise, the tiny white dots represents the snow (end of winter), and the vivid red ones are the New Year fireworks??? maybe...lol
